CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Confirmation Policy

1. A Confirmation e-mail is issued upon the receipt of the confirmation fee of $150.00US.
2. Full payment less $150.00US (confirmation fee) is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• Confirmation Fee is Non-Refundable
• 31 days or more full refund less confirmation fee
• 30 days or less prior to arrival: Zero refund.
• No refunds for no shows.
• No refunds for adventures/Service not taken. Services are not transferable.
• No refunds if a site is closed beyond our control. Another adventure/tour of equal value will be substituted.
